E.P.D.M Rubber Gaskets |
We can manufacture EPDM gaskets to any dimensions and in any shape. Whether you are after a standard part, or something bespoke, simply give us a call or send us your drawing, and we will be happy to offer you a quotation.
EPDM rubber gaskets are used in anti-vibration, sealing, and electrical insulation applications. These parts are widely used in the water industry, are WRAS approved, and sutible for use with potable drinking water.
EPDM is short for ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber.
Popular examples of gaskets made from EPDM are:
Standard Pipe Gaskets
Pump Gaskets
Remember that as a general rule you should select the thinnest gasket possible for your application.

Neoprene Rubber Gaskets |
We can manufacture neoprene gaskets to any dimensions and in any shape. Whether you are after a standard part, or something bespoke, simply give us a call or send us your drawing, and we will be happy to offer you a quotation.
Neoprene rubber gaskets (otherwise known as polychloroprene) exhibit good chemical inertia, and are commonly used in electrical installations and weather sealing applications. Popular examples of gaskets made from neoprene are:
- Transformer gaskets
- Manway Gaskets
These joints are particularly suitable for use with water; be that salt or fresh water – although from drinking (potable) water it is better to use EPDM rubber.

O Rings |
We offer the following six (6) standard rubber materials in a range of durometer (Shore A) hardnesses to satisfy practically any service condition:
Viton® / FKM: Fluorocarbon (Viton®) exhibits exceptional resistance to chemicals, oils, temperature extremes (-13°F to +446°F), low compression set, low gas permeability and excellent aging characteristics. Applications include: aircraft engines, automotive fuel handling systems, and chemical processing industries. FKM is also suitable for high vacuum applications. It is not recommended for exposure to ketones, alkalis, and Skydrol® fluids. Custom compounds are available with improved chemical and low temperature resistance
